It will be held here on March 16th, 18th and 19th at 6pm. All students AND STAFF are eligible to play. Teams must have 10 players on their team. The first 8 teams to pay will be allowed to play in the games. The fee is $10 per player. There will also be half-time events to win prizes. Please see Miss Web right away to sign up. Come out and be part of the excitement. The DEADLINE FOR Kaleidoscope submissions is approaching. All short stories, poems, essays, photographs and artwork needs to be submitted to Mr. Berry NO LATER than next Friday, March 5th. Any student wishing to submit their work for consideration needs to do so IMMEDIATELY. GSA is sponsoring a Guitar Hero Competition with Mike & Madeline this Friday, March 5 from 6-9pm in the cafeteria. The cost is $5. Do you have a friend or classmate who will be performing in this year’s Drama Club production, “Into the Woods”? Show that you support them by purchasing a one-line message that will be printed in the show’s program! The cost is only $5! Drama reps will be seated outside the cafeteria on Friday, March 5th and Wednesday, March 10th. Put a smile on someone’s face and send them a message of support. Thank you. Student Council is hosting their annual blood drive on Friday, March 12th in the large gym. Students must be 17 years of age and meet certain weight requirements. If you’d like to volunteer to give blood, you can sign up outside the cafeteria on non-CAPT days and in the main lobby from 7-7:30 on CAPT days. Remember, when you give blood, you have the potential to save up to three lives –so give the gift of life –give blood. The Interact Club is extending its Tent & Tarp drive for the victims of Haiti for the rest of this week. Please do what you can to bring in anything to help the Haitians looking to seek shelter from the rainstorms. Any Interact members wishing to sign up for the state-wide New Generations Conference at Choate School, should sign up with one of your officers by today. Lunch will be provided at not cost to you. The new date for the Winter Semi-formal is Saturday, March 20th from 7-10:30pm in the cafeteria. Tickets will go on sale during all four lunches the week of March 15th. The theme will remain “Tropical Paradise.”
